    About reservation and use

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3 p.m. ~ 6 p.m. Check-out: ~10 a.m.
  • How do I make a reservation and check the availability?

  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    30 days before: 50 % 

    1 week before: 100 %
  • Is there a shuttle service?
    No. Please use public transportation or a rental car.
  • Is it possible to drop off my baggage before check-in and after check-out?
    I am afraid it is not possible to leave baggage at our facility before check-in or after check-out.
  • Is it possible to stay at the facility solo?
    Yes, it is possible to do so depending on the date. Please call us for more details.
  • Is it possible to change the number of guests and the plan?
    Yes. You can change the date for free only once until 2 weeks in advance.
  • What is the payment method?
    We accept cash and credit cards.
  • Are there any restrictions on the number of dogs and breeds?
    There aren’t any restrictions.
    However, please consult us beforehand if you bring several large dogs (25 kg ~).

    Premium Dome: ~ 8 people

    Other dome-shaped tents: 2 ~ 5 people

    Cabin Cottage: ~ 3 people

    Premium Cottage: ~ 6 people
  • Are the rooms located close?
    Dome-shaped types are located very close to the reception / parking lot.
    About the cottage, it is necessary to drive for approximately 3 mins from the reception.
    Please use your own car or a rental golf cart if you like.
  • What amenities do you have?
    【Dome-shaped tent】Bath towel, hand towel, pajamas, shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, toner, milky lotion, and toothbrush.
    【For dogs】Cage (large dog size), bag dispenser, long dog leash, dog leash holder, towel for dogs, bucket with a lid (trash can), and potty pad.

    【Cottage】Bath towel, hand towel, pajamas, shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, toner, milky lotion, toothbrush, razor, and hairbrush.
    【For dogs】Cage (large dog size), bag dispenser, long dog leash, dog leash holder, towel for dogs, bucket with a lid (trash can), and potty pad.
  • Are there any rental items?
    We prepare additional rental items, such as cutlery and dog amenities, at the reception.
    Plus, we offer free drinks at the reception as well.

    The cottage is a little far from the reception, so for guests staying at the cottage, we prepare a dedicated rental corner / free drink corner near the room.
  • About equipment

  • Do you have cookware?
    Kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, kitchen scissors, paper plate, etc.
    You can freely use a BBQ grill installed in each room until you check out.
  • Is it possible to have meals even if it rains?
    Yes, it is.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes. It is available in each room.
  • Do you have an air conditioner and heater?
    Yes. Each room is equipped with them so that you can comfortably stay at our facility in all seasons.
  • Is there a shower and bathroom (toilet)?
    Yes. Each room is equipped with a shower room and bathroom (toilet).
  • Is there a television?
    No. Please relax and enjoy the space surrounded by nature.
  • Are there outlets?
    Yes.
  • About meals

  • Until when is it possible to order meals?

    It is possible to order meals until 12 p.m. the day before.
  • Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages?
    Yes.
  • Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
    There is “Fresta” (supermarket), which is about a 10-min drive, and “7-Eleven” (convenience store), which is about a 5-min drive.
  • Is it possible to bring a bonfire table and stove?
    Each room is equipped with a BBQ grill that you can freely use.
    Additionally, there is a bonfire pit in a dome-shaped room.
  • Do you have seasoning?
    We prepare necessary seasoning and condiments according to the course and additional option menu you have chosen. We do not prepare any seasoning or condiments for guests with the Sudomari plan, so please bring your favorites!
  • With the Sudomari plan, is it possible to add only breakfast or only dinner?
    Yes. Please select what you like on the Reservation page.
  • Others

  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    In summer, only sparklers are allowed. We provide a fire bucket at the reception.
  • About lost items
    After you check out, our staff will check the room for any lost items. If we find any, we will keep them at our facility for one month. However, beverages and food items will be discarded on the same day.
    Please note that we will not contact you for lost items.
